**What's the role?**:The Quality Team Lead will be responsible to support the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Advanced Quality Planning Framework and assure alignment with different areas like: Quality Planning, Risk Management and Continuous Improvement within Platform Foundations Organization and other teams, as needed.She/He will provide leadership and hands on engagement to proactively identify opportunity areas and quality issues associated with customer dissatisfaction, developing, and delivering quality products, tools, and services on time.The role also requires facilitation of root cause analyses (RCAs, and Customer Escalations follow up) as required ensuring desired results.This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in key operations and development functions.**Who are you?**:**Key Areas of Responsibility**:- Engineer, document, communicate and/or implement quality deliverables as defined by internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards- Work with cross functional teams, including partnering with teams outside of Platform Foundations, to identify, understand and document Customer Quality Requirements- Reporting of APQP status and issues- Ensure enhanced customer satisfaction and increased process efficiency through quality improvements efforts- Monitors project performance in cooperation with the Project Manager/Production manager/ Product Owner and helps assure that preventive and corrective actions have been implemented- Conduct and applies a set of standardized tools including FMEA, Pareto Charts, 8D- Root Cause Analysis and Change Management to improve Quality Planning and Close the Loop- Coordinating for investigations and resolutions of quality incidents and systemic findings- This role involves cross-functional and international interactions**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree; preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt) is preferred- Minimum 1 year experience in APQP / Supplier Development and Program or project management experience, preferably in an automotive setting- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to lead and motivate team members in a multi-cultural environment- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills- Strong customer focus- Excellent attention to detail; good time-management skills- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities- Ability to conduct effective meetingsHERE is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics.**Who are we?**:HERE Technologies is a location data and technology platform company.We empower our customers to achieve better outcomes - from helping a city manage its infrastructure or a business optimize its assets to guiding drivers to their destination safely.At HERE we take it upon ourselves to be the change we wish to see.We create solutions that fuel innovation, provide opportunity and foster inclusion to improve people's lives.If you are inspired by an open world and driven to create positive change, join us.Learn more about us.Watch Video
