El ingeniero de mantenimiento es el responsable de coordinar las actividades del área de servicios generales, así como el mantenimiento correctivo/preventivo, de las oficinas, infraestructura de la planta, mobiliario, control de plagas y equipos del comedor, controlando el presupuesto asignado, realizando estrategias de mejoras y desarrollo de proyectos de ahorro para la empresa. **¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?** Asegurar que todos los trabajos realizados o gestionados cumplan con los lineamientos y normas de seguridad industrial de la empresa. Administrar y coordinar los servicios de limpieza de edificios, recolección de basura, jardines, estacionamientos, áreas productivas y oficinas, así como los servicios de mantenimiento de las mismas áreas. Administrar y controlar el presupuesto asignado para el departamento. Desarrollar y genera reportes de mantenimiento. Seguimiento al programa de mantenimiento para el cumplimiento de KPI´S de manera mensual. Coordinar proveedores externos para la recolección de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos generados en la planta. Implementar proyectos de ahorro y mejoras en la planta. Atender ordenes de trabajo y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de estas. **Lo que necesitas para tener éxito en el puesto**: Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, industrial, mantenimiento y/o carrera a fin. Mínimo 2 años de experiência en puesto similar. Experiência en mantenimiento a edificios, plantas de emergencia, subestación eléctrica, aire acondicionado, instalaciones eléctricas y UPS. Manejo de personal. (mas de 25 personas a su cargo). Manejo de paquetería office. Haber manejado algún software de mantenimiento. Comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo. Análisis, solución de problemas, toma de decisiones y sentido de urgencia. BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
