ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.The role:As F&A Coordinator you will ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.Responsibilities also include to monitor and respond to customer requests through Facilities Online, ensuring timely response and resolution of issues in compliance with department metrics; to assist with the coordination of other essential central services such as maintenance and the ordering, tracking and receiving of office supplies, support other GBS functions at a local level, including Finance responsibilities such as invoice scanning and log completion where required, keep management informed of any issues within the organization that require attention, assist with additional facilities-related tasks and projects for the department as assigned among other administrative activities.You will need:- A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative related role.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise- Intermediate level of English.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels and across cultures.Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
