**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**

LatAm GBS LAB Manager responsible for coordinating a world-class FOBO FP&A service, including the full P&L FP&A cycle, closure analysis, latest estimate, monthly forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan across LatAm region by country. Support in decision-making analyzing risks and opportunities. VPs and CUs top management business partner, providing detail of their P&L. Lead standardization, harmonization, simplification, and continuous improvement of processes & models across LAB regions to create efficiencies. Ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements fulfillment, supporting teams through a customer service mindset. Lead the Mosaic MBS LAB transformation agenda for LatAm to ensure our global digitalization and standardization objectives. Lead the MBS business development team to ensure commercial and strategic initiatives. Lead the LAB HQ budget, focusing on the correct execution across the year.

**Your Impact**

As LAB Finance Manager your scope would consist of

**Financial Management**
- Quickly understand different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to play a key role as a business partner effectively.
- Lead the bottom-up LAB AOP process, monthly closure, and forecast to identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective measures to understand market conditions & inflations.
- Supervise and consolidate total LAB financial closures, forecasts, and AOP aligning with CUs. Provide visibility and detail, leading effective communication with the GBS team and with the GBS FP leader
- Led the MBS business development team to ensure commercial and strategic initiatives through developing Total System Economics analyses, innovation & concentrate price follow-up.
- Lead the LAB HQ budget, focusing on the correct spending across the year and giving visibility to the LAB CFO of potential risks and opportunities in the execution.

**Transformation Management -**
- Be digital-oriented and transfer new WOW to the MBS team and stakeholders.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement, and modern thinking in all matters to transform LATAM LAB’s planning function.
- Promote and adhere to GBS’s ways of working, culture, and values.
- Always searching for opportunities for Centralization, Standardization, and Automation in LatAm Beverages.
- Lead and promote the Mosaic MBS LAB transformation agenda to ensure our global digitalization and standardization objectives

**Leadership / Management -**
- Lead and manage the LAB MBS team by establishing excellent ongoing working relationships with the team via recruitment, training, and communication.
- To effectively manage the performance of the team by carrying out progress reviews and ensuring objectives and key outputs are cascaded throughout the team (True Green performance review).
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them.
- Plan, implement and develop the LATAM GBS LAB operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake-free)
- Develop strong cross-divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements.
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Blend of control/planning and field finance
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports)
- Commercial finance knowledge
- Understand foreign exchange P&L impacts (hedge accounting)
