We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Location: Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, CDMX (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator.

The **Training Coordinator** manages logistics for training programs, including contract processing, project setup, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and invoicing. The role also involves basic Learning Management System (LMS) administration, such as uploading SCORM packages, creating course templates, and managing participant rosters and client portals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process training contracts and create project records in internal systems.
- Maintain quarterly training schedules and monitor training-related communications.
- Coordinate with instructors and project managers for upcoming sessions.
- Manage client training subscriptions and support renewals or cancellations.
- Administer LMS tasks: upload content, create templates, and configure portals using HTML.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in training coordination or related roles.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems.
- Experience with LMS platforms (SchooX and SCORM knowledge is a plus).
- Basic HTML skills preferred.
