Thales is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. The Talent Acquisition team delivers all of Thales LATAM recruitment needs using a Direct Sourcing model and have a pure focus on targeting/attracting passive talent. Our goal is to be the best at Strategic Sourcing of Passive Talent and being a Talent Advisor to the business.
This position is an exciting opportunity in which you will be able to truly gain an understanding into the mechanics of a business and play a real part in the success of the delivery of its programs (Cyber, Security, AI, Space, Defense, Avionics). This is a frontline position in which you will have a “seat at the table” rather than just working as part of a back office HR team. We are looking for someone that is truly passionate about understanding their customer and consistently exceeding their expectations by delivering the best possible talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a champion of Thales America’s Integrated Talent Acquisition Strategy, including influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to adopt new processes, tools and behaviors
- Provide “thought leadership”, strategic advice, coaching on all areas of Resourcing activity
- Personally own the full resourcing lifecycle for assigned roles, from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to onboarding
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition sourcing Developers, Engineers, IT, Software, Finance, and/ or Procurement
- 5+ years of experience using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, X-Ray Sourcing, Phenom, and/or SeekOut
- Able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of current organization’s core business, products, customers, and strategic direction
- Ability to speak, read, write English and Spanish
