Allwork.Space is seeking a highly motivated Digital Partner Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate the value of our digital advertising, marketing and social media tools as it relates to clients.
- Prospect and identify new clients, including researching and reaching out to potential partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Develop digital advertising and marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients and the editorial and marketing team.
- Prepare digital advertising proposals and presentations, including proposals, rate cards, and insertion orders.
- Negotiate digital advertising rates and terms with clients, taking into consideration the client's budget and goals.
- Manage the digital advertising campaign process from start to finish, including creative development, tracking, and reporting on campaign results.
- Work collaboratively with the editorial team to ensure that digital advertising campaigns are in line with the overall mission and values of our company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital advertising sales and account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the digital advertising industry.
- Comfortable with numbers and data interpretation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the digital advertising industry and trends.

**Benefits**:

- $1,500 base salary + commissions
- Hybrid and flexible work (some days/weeks in the office, and others wherever you like)
