Position Tasks and Responsibilities

Create and implement new strategies of shipment methods, distribution, and storage
Monitor and report competitive activity and recommend logistics strategies
Initiate and develop a strong relationship with distributors
Collaborate with Dealer General manager/ Sales manager, team members and cross functional departments
Supervise functioning of direct reports from the suppliers involved on the logistics chain, review performance of suppliers on assigned targets, provide feedback and help them develop their skills
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and daily requirements.

Knowledge

Expert understanding of Supplies chain
Expert understanding of Imports
Expert understanding of Customs
Suppliers logistics management (creation, maintenance, development and refurbishing)
Negotiation high level skills
Business administration, accountant, economics, finance, logistics and new business management.
P&L performance reports analytic skills
Strategic planning
Budget administration

Experiencie/Education

College graduate or equivalent training in, Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering Finance or similar.
More than 2 years on automotive sales in OEM
More than 3 years of logistics supplier managing on Automotive OEM side
Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Power BI).
