Back Charge Front Line Specialist

For our client, a leading global manufacturer within the industrial manufacturing industry, we are looking for a **BACK CHARGE FRONT LINE SPECIALIST**.
**Mission**:
**Main** **responsibilities**:
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on chargeback processes
- Identify and investigate fraudulent chargeback claims
- Identify and address any issues with OEM billing
- Manage customer queries relating to chargebacks
- Liaise with external OEM stakeholders on chargeback matters
- Develop and maintain chargeback processes and procedures
**Main** **requirements and qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree required; accounting preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of the OEM chargeback process
- Proficient in the use of chargeback SAP Solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with OEMs and business management
- Organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze and resolve disputes in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of OEMs Accounts Payable regulations
- English fluency required
