We are seeking an Analyst in the LATAM group in the New York office. **What You’ll Do**
- Work closely with members of the team on deal execution and client coverage
Assume responsibility for client pitches, deal execution and working with other deal team members, Associate through Managing Director
- Provide support on execution of various types of transactions include M&A, investment grade and non-investment grade loans, and equity capital markets
- Communicate and coordinate with deal team members across the Bank and across industry and product groups

**Skills You’ll Need**
- Experience in finance or accounting in investment banking, capital markets, or trading experience
- Ability to work under pressure, being able to make quick decisions while interacting with sales & trading professionals, investors and issuers, ability to multi-task detail across multiple deals at different points in their life cycle
- Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills; creative problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills
- High energy and a self-motivator; you will exemplify a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
- Working directly with senior bankers, you must have the maturity and presence to represent the Firm before management teams and other deal professionals
