Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Automation Data Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North_
- Reporting to the Project Manager, the Automation Data Analyst role involves_ _processing, updating, and enhancing data in Excel to support decision-making processes. It plays a key role in ensuring the data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively used to drive data-driven decisions within the organization._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Collect, clean, and analyze data from engineering projects to identify trends and insights and provide data-driven decisions._
- _ Maintain dashboards and reports accuracy for metrics visualization._
- _ Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis._
- _ Assist in the development of data collection processes and tools._
- _ Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis process._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an engineering environment._
- _ Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)_
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics, and/or telecommunications industry._
- _ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail._
- _ Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills._
- _ Demonstrates advanced experience and skills associated with performing assigned functions._
