About the Opportunity
Billing & Accounts Senior Associate | Finance | Ciudad de México, México- Direct reporting to the General Billing & Collections Manager.- Owner for the monthly billing and collections for a set of accounts.- Direct interface with our member community through the billing & collections process. Close partner to the business.- Maintain queries replied within SLA agreement.- Must contribute on addressing key controls and compliance activities for Billing & Collections.- Ensure that policies are followed so the financial integrity of AR is secured. Support control and compliance for financial transaction management- Staff performance will be measured through a robust talent development plan that will include monthly, and annual performance appraisals that are actionable and can be monitored- Operational performance will be measured through the use of metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s). Monthly collections goal targets.
About you- Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Financial Services, Billing or Collections role is a plus.- Experience working directly with customers in a hands-on way- Ability to effectively interact with sales & business partners.- Exceptional influencing and problem-solving skills.- Be flexible enough to work in a fast paced environment.- Proficient in English (+B2)
