**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team **at a Medical Office - (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Aesthetics, Weight Loss Clinic)**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our _patients_, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be vital in ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a blend of patient services, data entry, and sales skills to meet the diverse needs of our patients. We are seeking a **Remote Customer Representative** with proven experience in **customer service** (**English must be perfect), QuickBooks bookkeeping, audit support**, and **social media management**. This role is ideal for a reliable, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a virtual environment.

**Duties**
- Maintain and organize digital records and documents
- Collaborate with team members and management to support day-to-day operations
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Analyze patient issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document patient interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall patient service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

**Qualifications**
- **Excellent English & Spanish Required**:

- **Phone skills and converting warm leads to appointments and tracking**:

- **Medical Office Virtual Assistant Preferred**:

- Proven experience in customer service or patient services is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and call center operations is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze problems critically and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and patient management.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient support.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- **Must be flexible to adapt to changes and being in multifunctional roles**
