**Job Summary**:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end acquisition process for early talent. This includes ensuring that all hiring and onboarding activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with country-specific regulations and professional standards. This role involves close collaboration with universities and the use of several recruitment platforms to attract top talent aligned with workforce needs.

**What will you do**:

- Manage the full lifecycle for interns.
- Report on key recruitment metrics.
- Plan and execute strategic attraction events.
- Serve as the primary liaison between universities and students to ensure a successful internship experience.
- Manage payments related to interns, ensuring payments are made timely and accurately.
- Manage the annual budget and inventory of branding materials for events.

**Degree Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- Intermediate - Advanced English

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Santa Catarina / Monterrey Office
- This position requires a valid driver’s license
- This position is five-day a week in-office model
- This position will require to travel 25% (Domestic)
- Valid Travel Visa and Passport is desired
