**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A **DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR MANAGER**

**JOB TITLE: DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR MANAGER**

**FUNCTION: DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS**

**CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO**

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Contributing to the stability and effectiveness of the Operations/R&D/Corporate data and analytics ecosystem
- Administration of Microsoft Replication Services for data acquisition from source systems for use in the data warehouse
- AWS RDS SQL Server Monitoring and implementing necessary changes
- Reviewing, collaborating on and implementing relational database best practices
- Respond to and collaborate on incidents in the OPS/R&D/Corporate data warehouse environment
- Work independently to improve system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement database changes, which may require 3rd party technical support

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- College degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience monitoring/debugging/maintaining/creating Microsoft Replication Services
- Experience monitoring/debugging/maintaining/creating AWS RDS SQL Servers
- Microsoft Replication Services management in Cloud and On-Premises environments
- Practical knowledge of AWS RDS
- Application utilization of relational databases
- SQL - ANSI, Stored Procedures, Functions, Security - debugging and enhancing
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and activity management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years’ experience with AWS RDS Administration

- Data Lake technologies - AWS S3, Databricks, PySpark
