We are more than 4,000 professionals in 11 countries, with our multicultural startup culture where we cultivate innovation and continuous learning to create high-value solutions for our clients.We are looking for** Database Administrator**:**Main responsibilities**:- Manage, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.- Collaborate with the architectural team to implement and adhere to best practices, standards, and guidelines for database design, development, and optimization.- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize queries for improved responsiveness and efficiency.- Design and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.- Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on database-related issues and performance optimizations.- Work with the DevOps team to integrate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) solutions into database deployments.- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the database environment is properly configured and optimized for performance.- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving database-related incidents, ensuring mínimal downtime and data loss.- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.- Monitor and manage database capacity, growth, and resource utilization to ensure scalability.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server database administration.- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization.- Experience with version control, preferably using Bitbucket.- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.- Familiarity with performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.- Knowledge of database backup and recovery mechanisms.- Experience with implementing security measures and access controls.- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile development environment.- Experience with database performance monitoring and tuning tools.- Ability to work with architectural teams to adhere to coding and database standards.- Inglés intermediate-advanced (B2)- **Hybrid position in Monterrey****We offer**:- 100% Nominal Scheme- Legal Benefits- Benefits Package- Wellness Program- Professional development plan- Multicultural collaborationAndrea Arantza Cervantes RomeroLI-AC1
