**About Xerox Holdings Corporation**We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-production and multifunction printing equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Replace damaged parts and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Provide customer training and guidance on equipment use.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service logs and daily reports.
- Safeguard company assets such as parts, tools, and equipment.

**Requirements**:
- Technical Degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering (minimum).
- Technical English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a similar role servicing high-production printing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, networking, and computing.

Sobre el puestoBuscamos un Ingeniero de Servicio con experiência para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de impresión de alta producción y multifuncionales. Este rol garantiza un desempeño óptimo de los equipos y una excelente experiência para el cliente.Responsabilidades principales- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en los equipos instalados.
- Diagnosticar fallas técnicas, analizar causas raíz e implementar soluciones efectivas.
- Sustituir partes dañadas y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo.
- Capacitar y asesorar a los clientes en el buen uso de los equipos.
- Mantener documentación precisa, incluyendo bitácoras y reportes diarios.
- Salvaguardar los activos de la compañía (refacciones, herramientas, etc.).

**Requisitos**:
- Carrera técnica concluida o Ingeniería (mínimo).
- Inglés técnico.
- Dominio de la paquetería de Microsoft Office.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en puesto similar, brindando servicio a equipos de impresión de alta producción.
- Conocimientos sólidos en electrónica, mecánica, redes y computación.
