And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Provides customer support through on site service, suitable to perform preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and any necessary diagnosis over Rockwell products. Capable of performing non complex on the field modifications such as wiring, programing over online processes, capable of reading and interpret engineering drawings to perform installation assessments, drawing based troubleshooting and installation recommendations. Field service technician should be our customer point of contact during on the field service and must be capable of sustain non complex but technical conversations with our customers. This position requires time availability and disposition to travel.
