The Role
Principal HR Coordinator
As a key member of the LATAM HR team, this individual is the first contact with employees & will be responsible for the execution of HR administrative processes and support for the Human Resources team. In this role, the HR Coordinator will interact extensively with multi-site employees (LATAM) and managers and the broader Human Resources organization.

Your Impact
This individual will provide critical administrative support. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for all HR administrative related activities for the LATAM region including:
- Administer/process all aspects of onboarding process
- Prepare offers, contracts, and other compliance documents throughout the region
- Conduct new hire orientation, hire set-up and exit processes with Facilities, Information Services, and Payroll
- Coordinate new hire set-up and exit processes with Facilities, Information Services, and Payroll
- Enter new hire, employee change, and exit information into the HRIS system
- Ensure process and procedures are being followed, creating some of these also
- Facilitate the Global Purchase Requisition (GPR) process for HR-related expenses
- Process department invoices for payment
- Create and maintain personnel files throughout the region
- Support the LATAM Manager & HRBPs as needed
- Be the point of contact for EEs in Mex, Col, Br and Arg for quick responses.
What You'll Need
- Associates degree or equivalent required, knowledge of different countries´ admin of HR is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated HR administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English required, Portuguese a strong plus
- Demonstrated HR expertise prioritizing, multi-tasking, and performing assignments with mínimal supervision. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong bias for action
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; Workday HRIS experience preferred
- Highly focused in creating a great employee experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization including Senior Management
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in all communications. Experience maintaining confidentiality of assignments due to the exposure to sensitive information and contact
