**Billing Specialist**

Leadventure is growing, and we are looking for a Billing Specialist whose primary responsibilities include completing billing tasks and responding to customer billing inquiries.

You will be responsible for processing customer down payments, completing detailed customer account research, drafting detailed responses to customer inquiries, and answering customer phone callsand voice mails.

**Your role**:

- Answer customer phone calls and resolve customer questions pertaining to their invoices.
- Work with the Sales Department, Customer Success Department, and customers to resolve billing issues.
- Review customer contracts and process initial customer payments as required.
- Complete independent customer account research to identify billing issues and remedy the issues identified.
- Support the team when needed in different activities in regard of billing

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum of high school diploma, Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Billing and/or customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
- Excellent ability to successfully interface with clients and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
- Self-motivated
- High capacity to learn and adapt.
