That’s why we’re committed to offering a best-in-class employee experience to our global workforce.Billing Specialist for MexicoSUMMARYThis position requires someone that is motivated and determined to get results.RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure customers are invoiced properly and in a timely manner upon receipt of all documents according to the specifications of each customer.- Research, resolve and invoice all loads rejected by Accounts Payable, within 90 day of delivery date.- Resolve billing incident requests, auto-invoice failures, by reviewing exception reports in order to initiate invoicing.- Maintain, scan and store original paperwork received from the carriers. Also must be able to provide copies upon request from our customers.- Manage specific specialty expedited customer accounts to ensure timely billing due to contractual or preference guidelines.- Complete goals and tasks based on set departmental expectations and metrics.- Escalate any issues, consistent problems, or billing changes to appropriate Team Lead.- Contact customers to clarify billing requirements.- Contact carriers to secure any missing paperwork documentation (Bill of Lading, Proof of delivery, Remission Orders, Lumper tickets)- Serve as a liaison between the accounting departments and the electronic invoice service supplier for Mexico- Other duties as assigned based on business need.QUALIFICATIONS- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers both written and verbal- Ability to identify and solve problems, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail- Work with little or no supervision, and work well in a team setting- Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance- 2-4+ years of billing experience- Transportation industry experience preferred- Bi-lingual, mainly fluent in Spanish and EnglishDo Well, Be Well- Work collaboratively in our flexible hybrid model- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage- Mental and Nutritional health resources- Over $2 million invested annually in professional growth and development tools- Free access to LinkedIn Learning to grow in your profession and gain new skills- 15 Paid Time Off days first year- Home office bonus- 3 paid Community Service Days annually- Employee´s lead Cultural Inclusive Teams- Casual Office dress code- Pet friendly Office- Important Notice to US Applicants:_- Coyote is an at-will employer.
