Responsible for communication between TA and D&I and other departments and key stakeholders by supporting the follow up of key projects, data analysis and results reports.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Supports analyzes, and follows up on key projects for Talent Attraction and D&I
- Help to deliver initiatives that will help Nemak become a fairer, more-equitable environment for all employees.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology or Communications
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- English Advanced
- Experience in D&I, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding or HR Systems desired.
