The backbone of Latin America’s economy is formed by SME’s that do not have access to proper financial services and lack the expertise to manage their operations effectively. We are trying to fix this problem. **delt.ai **is an early-stage startup whose goal is to create **the first digital bank for businesses** that effectively manages transactions to records as automated as possible. We are to become the go-to platform for operational viability and financial expertise. **delt.ai** is backed by reputational VC’s that include **Y Combinator**, **Foundation Capital**, **Soma Capital**, **Plug and Play Ventures,** **Venture Souq**, and founders of other YC-backed companies.

As we prepare to grow and further develop our product, we are seeking for someone to fill the position of** Sales Account Executive.** We are looking for a talented individual who has strong soft skills, great communication efforts and is a leader when it comes to customer relationships. The Sales Account Executive will report directly to the Business Development and Sales Manager.

**Sales Account Executive Responsibilities**:
**Manage an accurate pipeline** in order to accomplish the sales goals on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

**Document and Maintain** Salesforce platform to include activity logs, pipelines, and revenue forecasts, among other data points. Additionally the Sales Account Executive should take notes on customer interactions, sales team meetings and processes.

**Control the sales cycle** which includes outreach and relationship management, pitching, and negotiating, and closing new business for the assigned delt.ai leads.

**Keep up-to-date** with delt.ai’s products and solutions as well as competitors offerings in order to have a clear understanding where there might be gaps and where our competitive advantage lies.

We seek autonomous people willing to work in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn, and interested in making a real difference in Latin America’s financial sector.

**Sales Account Executive Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge or interest in the Tech/SaaS/Fintech industries
- Previous experience in a software as a service (SaaS) company
- Minimum 3 years of proven excellence in business development, client prospection, or sales
- Previous experience with cold selling and have creative capacity in order to make things happen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented person

- Data-Driven and sharp business acumen
- Infectious enthusiasm
- Previous experience working at a high paced startup
