**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the maintenance and reconciliation of accounts receivable records.
- Support the follow-up process for outstanding receivables, including communication with internal stakeholders and affiliates.
- Help prepare reports and other AR-related documentation.
- Collaborate in the resolution of payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
- Support in LATAM audits.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate student, primarily in Business Administration field.
- Available to work for 6 hours daily mainly in the mornings.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Advanced Microsoft Office.
