Accounting Analyst

**About the role**:
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with the accounting department and community manager to maintain accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile accounts monthly and daily.
- Generate and save financial reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting department and community manager.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards.
- Reclassify expenses and income GL accounts.
- Review balance sheets for accuracy.
- Support monthly and annual close processes.
- Prepare journal entries and conduct transfers.
- Enter expense reports and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferable).
- Understanding of US GAAP and accrual/cash basis accounting.
- Experience with double-entry accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting terminology in English.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
