Tijuana, México Baja Call Center A tiempo completo

Our customer service representatives will receive incoming calls from online customers and retail shoppers, for assistance with inquiries on online purchases and retail support, order and/or tracking status, product inquiries, refunds, exchanges, basic troubleshooting for login issues and account information.

**Responsibilities**:
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, etc
Utilizes negotiaion and retention techniques while processing refunds
Promote the brand and loyalty program
Maintain an elevated conversation and exhibit genuine empathy when appropriate

**What you will need**:
Great English level
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
Previous customer service, preferably in call center, and/or retail stores or related fields
Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information of our different systems and of our brands history and products
Multi-tasker, organizational skills and detail oriented
Outgoing and positive personality
Common sense and reasoning skills to handle escalated calls
Tolerance to frustration

**Salary**: $4,000 mxn Net weekly income (already including bonuses)

**Benefits**: IMSS, Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo), Vacations and 25% vacation premium
