Tasks
The HR Location Specialist deploys, implements and manages HR policies, procedures, standards and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for the employees at the location. He /she assesses HR related needs and drafts targeted initiatives that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.

**Supports of HR Location in**:
Employer Branding / HR communications
- Implementing and supporting Employer Branding road map and acting as an ambassador
- Promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, Students/Job fairs)
- Recruiting & Staffing
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in administration, Psychology or similar
- At least 2 years of HR or related experience preferable

Consulting, Moderating and Facilitating Skills - Basic
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - Basic
Negotiation - Basic
