DescriptionThe HR Location Specialist deploys, implements and manages HR policies, procedures, standards and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for the employees at the location. He /she assesses HR related needs and drafts targeted initiatives that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.Supports of HR Location in:Employer Branding / HR communications- Implementing and supporting Employer Branding road map and acting as an ambassador- Promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, Students/Job fairs)- Recruiting & Staffing- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in administration, Psychology or similar- At least 2 years of HR or related experience preferableRecruiting & Staffing -AdvancedEmployer Branding - BasicContinental Organizational Knowledge - BasicConsulting, Moderating and Facilitating Skills - BasicAnalytical and Problem Solving Skills - BasicNegotiation - BasicEnglish - B2Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
