**Procurement Co-man / Co-pack Sr Head Latin America**

Join the K Family as **Procurement Coman / Copack Head Latin America **and you will be responsible of executing and ensuring all procurement processes are done in the activities of scouting, negotiating and contracting services of repacking, co-packing, co-manufacturing, and relabeling for Kellogg Latin America through due diligence, KSS, bids, etc. working with the different support areas as Finance, Legal, Co-manufacturing.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Scouting - **Search of new Co-manufacturing, Co-packing, Re-packing, and relabeling suppliers through scouting platform. benchmarking with other companies and competitors, fairs, and Innovation events.
- **
Negotiating - **with new and incumbent suppliers., Discovery pricing analysis, Bidding process, RFP, KSS, Due Diligence, Ensuring compliance on Kellogg policies (payment terms, Quality fundamentals, etc.).
- ** Contract elaboration -** in alignment with legal and all the areas involved. Ensure all main clauses are included in collaboration with legal, Coman, and finance: insurance, penalties, validity, etc. in addition to commercial agreements, pricing, terms and conditions. Ensure all contracts are updated and within validity period. Follow up on contract renewals and terminations**.**:

- ** Project implementation - **Review and follow up project implementation with incumbent or new suppliers working with users and multidisciplinary team.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, handling simultaneous projects
- Basic Knowledge in Finance
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Advanced English
