Sr Share Services Professional - Finance Costs Sr AnalystJoin the K Family in Queretaro as Sr Share Services Professional - Finance Costs Sr Analyst, to be responsible within GBS of providing financial analyses and reports for the finance procurement Kellanova’s LATAM business unit for SOLA (Brazil). Always aligned with the Kellanova Corporate Policies, SLA and Statutory Requirements. Reports directly to SCH & Commercial Finance Process Owner. Main clients: Finance Business Partner for procurement KLA and procurement KLA, Global category managersA Taste of What You’ll Be DoingPerform daily financial analysis and reports, accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance. Challenge current processes to identify standardization, simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities.Provide weekly financial visibilities of the Purchase Price Variances and Procurement Results, Savings projects for the procurement KLA team, explaining the main drivers of the actual variations against Budget and against strategic outlooks.Manage and update the data base of all the savings projects for procurement and RQT SLO team. Work closely with the category managers to calculate the financial numbers of each saving project and get all the documentation to meet the savings policies.Play a key role during the finance procurement budget and strategic outlook process. Calculate standard costs of all the raw and pack materials for all the KLA plants during budget.
