**Reporting Analyst**

We are looking for outstanding Reporting Analyst to join IT Operations team. This professional will use data to help the business meet its objectives, mainly by generating hypotheses and using data to validate them and generate insights. Help to improve data literacy and the overall analytical environment across the company.
- Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.
- Produce information that can be used to inform results and analysis to make recommendations as to how to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures/reports
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects/reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with SQL.
- Extensive experience with ETL.
- SCRUM and Big Data Mythology.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, and capacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users and costumers.
