We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant for our Guadalajara operations. The Sales and Marketing Assistant manages and supports a variety of sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project management of design projects with internal and external resources.
- Organize changes and updates to the marketing digital library.
- Distribute relevant messaging as directed to commercial team members.
- Support needs of site-specific marketing and branding initiatives, including but not limited to signage, employee messaging, interior design, etc.
- Coordinate and track all marketing expenditures, generate purchase requisitions, and route invoices for approval and payment.
- Aid the marketing team in the development of collateral and messaging material.
- Update existing marketing collateral pieces for current content.
- Post messages to the intranet as instructed.
- Review and audit CRM and Client File account naming.
- Various marketing administrative tasks, including but not limited to lead data entry and distribution in the CRM platform, pulling reports, and accessing data from various marketing systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or field with appropriate transferable skills.
- Experience working in a remote, international team environment preferred.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High level of organization and an eye for detail.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Experience using marketing tools such as marketing automation software, basic design tools, distribution tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Formal educational credits in marketing and/or sales.
- Creative approach to work, ability to work with basic graphics, adhering to defined brand guidelines.
- Fundamental knowledge of key marketing concepts as shown in marketing management skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills demonstrated in communications.
- Organizational coordination as exhibited during projects.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and take on additional responsibilities.

Salary Range: 20,000 to 23,000 MNX before taxes per month

Work Location: In person

Pay: $21,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
