**Responsibilities**:
***Join Our Team as a Junior Data Analyst | LATAM Region**:
**The Opportunity**

Are you passionate about data, problem-solving, and making a real impact on business decisions? We are looking for a **Junior Data Analyst** to support the administration and analysis of customer data, while enabling strategic decision-making for our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across LATAM.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring service excellence through accurate tracking, validation, and reporting of customer requests.

***What You’ll Do**:

- Administer and manage customer data to support commercial decision-making.
- Gather, consolidate, and format data in response to service requests from the GTM teams.
- Validate and track requests using Salesforce Customer Request and SAP systems.
- Provide performance reports and ensure service level agreements (OLAs/SLAs) are met.
- Analyze customer databases to identify trends, business opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Monitor key KPIs and collaborate with Field Sales to assess solution performance.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
***What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Education**: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Associate, or Technical degree in Business, Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work across teams.
- Customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus.
- ** Advanced English** (spoken and written).
