As an ICT (In-Circuit testing) Engineer at SolarEdge Mexico, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary R&D group developing in-house solutions for the company's intelligent inverter and storage systems, EV chargers, and smart energy management solutions. The company's in-house hardware teams play a crucial role in creating new innovative solutions, owning the process from design and development to implementation and deployment.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency solutions for production line testing systems, ensuring high availability and performance
- Developing and supporting ICT leading design concepts across all R&D hardware and layout teams to improve SolarEdge product's ICT coverage
- Implementing new ICT projects in manufacturing sites, including traveling
- Monitoring and optimizing In-Circuit programs to achieve maximum throughput and utilization for the In-Circuit testers
- Conducting FA (Failure Analysis) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and defining appropriate corrective action
- Providing Tier 3/4 ICT production support
- Publishing the ICT Product portfolio for R&D, Q&R, and production support teams
- Having a deep understanding of components and datasheets
- Working directly with ICT fixtures manufacturers to provide files for quotations and approvals of fixtures for MP
- Defining full turnkey solutions
- Supporting production lines in MEX/Vietnam/Europe and future facilities

**Requirements**:

- ** **Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience as a Hardware testing engineer in the ICT field
- Proven experience with SPEA 3030 series In-circuit Test Systems is a big plus
- Proven experience with overseeing companies is a plus
- 2+ years of experience with Israeli companies is a big plus
- 3+ years of Board design experience with Allegro/Candance
- 2+ years of experience understanding SolidWorks 3D mechanical files
- Strong self-learning skills
- In-depth knowledge of ICT fixtures, Flying Probes, boundary scans, and JTAG testing technologies
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and think out of the box
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
