**AP Specialist II - Onsite**
**Department**: Finance
**Reports to**: Financial Analyst

**Primary Purpose**:
The AP Specialist II is responsible for processing payables invoices in line with approved processes while supporting vendor and supplier relationships. This role manages AP-related tasks such as dropship processing, fixed assets, and tech accounting. The AP Specialist II identifies missing invoices, resolves discrepancies with vendors, compiles month-end accruals/reconciliations, and contributes to the overall success of the Finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and monitor accounts payable invoices in compliance with company standards.
- Track dropship orders and follow up with vendors for missing invoices.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to determine proper accounting treatment of tech-related expenses.
- Research and resolve past due amounts with suppliers.
- Generate and analyze “Received Not Invoiced” reports to identify missing invoices.
- Assist in month-end close by tracking warehouse and dropship accruals.
- Manage fixed assets: tracking, creation, depreciation, and reporting CapEx spend.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Supply Chain, Product Managers, Credit/Collections, and Customer Solutions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in accounting processes.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
- Adaptability and collaboration across teams.

**Work Type**

- General office work environment.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
