**Commercial Growth Manager (B2B)**

**Objetivo del puesto**

Liderar la estrategia comercial y de marketing de Berlioz con un enfoque digital-first, participando activamente en la venta y cierre de nuevos negocios, potenciando el crecimiento de ventas a través de soluciones tecnológicas, herramientas de automatización, data analytics y estrategias omnicanal.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- **Prospectar, negociar y cerrar ventas directamente con clientes clave** (B2B).
- Potenciar el **pipeline comercial** a través del uso de CRMs y herramientas de automatización para priorizar contactabilidad y clasificación de Leads.
- Desarrollar campañas de **marketing digital y growth** para generar leads cualificados a través de diversas plataformas (Apollo, Waalaxy, LinkedIn, etc)
- Centralizar los flujos de información provenientes de CRM, e-commerce, WhatsApp, agencias de marketing, etc.
- Analizar y presentar métricas clave de performance comercial y de marketing (CAC, PLP, ROAS, conversión).
- Realizar reportes ejecutivos automatizados para la presentación de los datos comerciales y de marketing.
- Liderar y motivar al equipo para cumplir metas de ventas y capacitarlos en el uso de nuevas herramientas digitales y de IA.

**Requisitos**
- Ingeniería en Negocios, Comercial o afín.
- **Mínimo 3 años de experiência** en áreas comerciales y de marketing.
- Inglés avanzado (para evaluar y adoptar nuevas plataformas globales).

**Experiência en**
- **Ventas y** cierre de negocios B2B
- CRM y herramientas de automatización (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Apollo, Waalaxy, LeadSales, Zapier, etc.).
- Uso de herramientas de análisis de datos (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Airtable o similares).
- Conocimiento de IA aplicada a marketing y ventas (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.).

**Habilidades clave**
- Mentalidad estratégica y visión innovadora con foco en resultados.
- Liderazgo para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Perfil hands-on: combina estrategia y ejecución.
