**Business Process Analyst**
Degre:
Industrial or Electronics Engineering degree
**Experience**:
Develop Kaizen plans based on the opportunities that are in the VSM and income statements (P & L).
LeanSigma to achieve Kaizen, advise teams on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in operations / materials / office areas.
Development of training modules Lean Manufacturing as well as provide training to direct labor and indirect labor.
Recognition Program awards and participation in Lean initiatives.
Knowledge:
Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Standard Work, 5's, Ishikawa, FMEA's, control charts
Quality models such as: ISO 9000 Shingo Prize, LT9000
Green Belt Certification, Desirable certification as Black Belt,
Manufacturing processes, repair processes, times and movements
**Skills**:Personnel management, leadership, problem solving, 90% Englis, work under pressure and management by goals and objectives
**Responsibilities**:
Leader of Lean area including 5s, audit processes and lean maturity tracker, support and coaching for development of Kaizen, VSM, Supermarkets, DIMAC and Six Sigma projects
