**Funciones del cargo**:
- Gestión comercial de la oficina y sus filiales.
- Gestión administrativa de la oficina y sus filiales.
- Apoyar y coordinar con las Gerencias de IONIX en casa matriz, acciones locales en la oficina de MX.
- Gestionar al personal contratado por la filial.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
+4 años de experiência en cargos similares.
Experiência previa en puestos de liderazgo orientado al impulso, crecimiento y desarrollo de la sede/ oficina.
Experiência en la comercialización de productos del rubro financiero, en especial plataformas digitales de medios de pagos.
Experiência en la asesoría comercial, apertura de nuevos mercados, realización de presupuestos, proyección comercial en el área, creación de equipo, entre otros.
Experiência en el seguimiento de la operación diaria en la administración de personal.
Experiência en proyectos de tecnología.
Experiência en la creación e innovación de procesos de forma transversal en la oficina.
