We are looking for a talented **MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR** to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our **CUMMINS EMISSION SOLUTIONS** in **CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA**.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible of lead the Maintenance Technicians team to meet KPIs.
- Responsible of the definition and installation of new equipment needed for new projects.
- Responsible to define and implement continuous improvement Projects in order to meet machinery KPIs.
- Responsible of the Tool Crib administration.
- Leads and Implements the preventive, predictive and conditioning maintenances of the production machinery and equipment.
- Presents with Staff members and corporate the Projects progress.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of Equipment interpretation (Hydraulic, pneumatic, electric)
- Knowledge of medium and low voltage electricity, capacitor bank.
- Knowledge of Facilities Equipment (Substations, Compressors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, HVAC’s, PLC’s); Cooling towers.
- Project Management experience.
- Advanced English.
- MS Office literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
