**Salesforce Administrator (SQL, Debugging)**

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user setup, security, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes within Salesforce.
- Able to explain complex things in simple terms.
- Able to talk with Business, technical teams as well as non-technical
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or patches.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in information security and access controls.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for compliance and audit purposes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong background in system administration, system design, and systems engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with database management systems such as MySQL, ITIL, Other ITSM Tools, ServiceNow
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for deployment and scalability solutions.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $330.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- SQL Coding, Debugging, Log Analysis: 1 year (required)
