INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST-2 **Responsibilities**: - Validation and entry of inquiries - Calculation of Sales Prices - Creation of offers/quotations - Negotiation of Sales Prices with customers - Contract Management (Terms Conditions, Commercial/Logistic/Price Agreements) - Sampling process - Following-up on new business opportunities - Entry and maintenance of Sales Prices and master data in system **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience - Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience - Relevant certifications, system experience, and training - Professional-Level English language skills preferred - Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. - Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach. - Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions. - Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action.
