**Our Team**
**What You Will Do**
- Build partnerships with internal (HR, recruiting, site leaders, Koch communications, and business communications teams) and external (creative agencies, job boards) stakeholders, prioritizing work to deliver the greatest value.
- Analyze and report on recruitment marketing metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with recruitment marketing trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Proven experience in marketing, employer branding, or related field with the ability to think critically about the competitive landscape and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Creative and innovative, develops ideas and concepts to differentiate the brand and capture the attention of the target audience and is willing to experiment with new approaches.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (such as social media), content marketing and SEO. Understands the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing and is able to leverage them to drive growth and engagement.
- Experience in social media and job board content planning, calendar development and company review management. (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn)
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate marketing strategies, vision, and goals to stakeholders across the organization. Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills, experience using data and insights to understand effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams andbuild relationships with external partners.
