**You Are**:
**The opportunity**:

- Set up and manage monitoring dashboards, s, and anomaly detection using DataDog or similar APM tools
- Manage and secure Azure services including App Services, vNet, and implement security best practices
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement preventive measures
- Translate technical requirements into actionable execution plans and deliver results
- Communicate progress, challenges, and gather feedback from stakeholders; ability to coordinate with both onsite and offshore teams.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Strong proficiency in Azure services and Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with AKS and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage priorities and execute tasks independently
- Scripting experience (PowerShell) ; similar can be considered.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates) - nice to have
- Preferred Attributes:

- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on technical tasks
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage DevOps initiatives
- Experience working with distributed teams and nearshore collaboration
- Ability to shift schedule based on urgency

**Benefits**
