Hv Battery Module Design and Release Engineer

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree

Minimum 5 years of relevant Engineering experience

Minimum 3 years in product engineering design, CAD, development and/or testing

Minimum 1 years current design and release experience using the FCA releasing system

Ability to review drawings and package studies in CAD

Familiarity with source packages, specifications, DFMEA and DVP&R through the complete product cycle (from sourcing approval to serial production)

Must have experience in one or more vehicle functional areas (Body, Interior, Chassis, Exterior, Electrical, Powertrain, Restraints)

Experience in problem solving Strong technical research and writing skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Self-starter

Google Suite expertise

Strong Presentation Skills

Legally eligible to work in Mexico

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Experience in the full product life cycle Reactive and/or DFSS black belt

Previous High Voltage battery design and release experience

Preferred experience with HV battery packs, modules and cells

Minimum THREE (3) years CAD, CAE and/or Design Release experience at a OEM or Tier 1 supplier

Preferred hands on experience working with HV batteries or other electro-mechanical assemblies
