**Operations Manager**
**Position Summary**
- Ensure the achievement of objectives and goals through the coordination of internal and external departments, managing to connect all systems through the standard tools provided by the operating system. Likewise, it will manage the resources for the fulfillment of objectives of quality, delivery, cost and people._

**Your Role**
- 1. Coordination of strategies for the fulfillment of objectives in the KPIs- 2.Project specific work plans by area and do daily monitoring- 3. Aligned activities to improve the financial performance of the plant- 4. Coordination of efforts in the implementation and maintenance of the quality system- 5.Act as a mentor for team members - training of new managers- 6. Representation of the plant manager in his absence.- 7. Ensure that best practices are implemented throughout the operation- 8. Monitoring of compliance with the plant's operating plan, making adjustments if necessary_

**Your Background**
- Ability to organize tasks - correct use of time - Planning- Strength in internal and external communication as well as with plant staff- Administration and organization to achieve departmental objectives- Positive and Proactive Leadership- Excellent decision making and ability to communicate potential risks in the operation- Flexibility and availability based on special requirements of the area- Ability to effectively manage work teams- Computer skills in Microsoft Office._
- Bilingual English - Spanish_
- Bachelors degree on Engineering or Administrative field_
- At least 5 years of experience as Manager of Labor Intense Manufacturing Processes._
