**Descripción y Requisitos**
- El Gerente de Operaciones es el encargado de dirigir el correcto desarrollo de las actividades operativas de la planta, garantizar que los procesos de lleven a cabo en el tiempo y la forma estipulados por la compañía con el fin de que se haga entrega de las mercancías de manera oportuna, coordinar que se cuente con los insumos necesarios para desarrollar las operaciones. Relacionarse con las actividades operativas de todas las áreas.EDUCACIÓN REQUERIDA:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería terminada
- Bilingüe (Inglés fluido)

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Y AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO:
- Cumplir con dar seguimiento al Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
- Cumplir con el Reglamento y Procedimientos de Seguridad Industrial y Medio Ambiente para verificar que Personal a su cargo esté laborando bajo condiciones Seguras.
- Coordina y Administra a los departamentos de apoyo que se involucran el en proceso productivo: (Unidades de negocio), Manufactura, PE, Lean y Mantenimiento.
- Planea y coordina la distribución del personal operativo para el cumplimiento de los planes de producción.
- Establece y planea las metas de producción de acuerdo al Budget y dirección del Gerente de Planta
- Coordina, administra / balancea los presupuestos y coordina requerimientos de Tiempo extra.
- Coordina los programas de Mejora Continua y actividades de Lean Manufacturing.

ACTIVIDADES CLAVES DE LAS FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:
- Es el encargado de coordinar, administrar y monitorear el adecuado funcionamiento de los deptos. de Producción, Manufactura y Mantenimiento, con el fin de asegurar un óptimo resultado operacional, así como de establecer las estructuras organizacionales de cada depto. a su cargo dentro de la planta.
- Cumple con metas y programas de Calidad establecida por la compañía.
- Seguimiento y Análisis del Income Statement por BU para su cumplimiento de acuerdo al Presupuesto.
- Seguimiento al Score card y planes de acción para cumplir con las metas
- Evalúa en coordinación con Gerentes de: Gerentes de apoyo el desarrollo del personal.
- Plantea y promueve actividades para: cumplimiento de metas, ambiente laboral de la compañía.
- Presentar plan de actividades al Gerente de Planta en bases semanales.
- Reportar al Gerente de Planta el cumplimiento de plan de producción en base diaria
- Reportar al Gerente de planta oportunidades y actividades relacionadas con el funcionamiento
