**About the position**: **Your Key Results will be**: - 100% delivery of staffing requests on time (SLA) - Optimization of processes to improve conversion rates Tasks **Your tasks and responsibilities will be**: - As we scale, you might join efforts to provide talent for several stakeholders; we are constantly recruiting, not only for our internal staffing plan and to find partners, ambassadors, and contractors. You might: - Collaborate with our external recruiting team by searching for potential key contractors and service providers for Bright´s operational success. - Collaborate with our Bright Partners Team to source top talent for large-scale sales. - Execute selection criteria for each position for the top-of-the-funnel applicants for the roles needed in our core team - Owning the full cycle of recruiting processes, from sourcing to offer - Networking with partners to strengthen Bright’s Brand - Presenting relevant reports-based metrics and helping to design the strategy of the team **Requirements**: **We’re looking for someone who**: Is passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place - \ >1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role - Is extremely organized and results and metrics-driven - Has a proven track record of success and/or being promoted in whatever they do - Has proven experience using diverse sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, University Boards, etc.) **Benefits**: **Benefits**: - The possibility of generating equity at Bright - Private Health Insurance and Parental Leave - Access to cost-free mental health care - Access to mentorship programs - Remote work
