**About the role**:

Your expertise will be pivotal in executing projects that enhance our operational efficiency and adapt to the evolving supply chain demands. Principal objective of the role: Remediate the entire preventive maintenance system.

Location of the Role: MX, Tlalpan.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define a forward-thinking capital investment plan aligning with a 5-year horizon of our large, dynamic site.
- Oversee the capital investment process from initiation to fruition, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets specifications.
- Align with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project completion.
- Lead your team to meet project success criteria with strong adherence to timelines and budgets, and complete appraisals and close-out reports.
- Promote continuous improvement across systems, practises, and process deliveries, encouraging a culture that values progress.
- Responsible for pharmaceutical maintenance (productive manufacturing equipment, air conditioning, buildings, facilities), critical services (purified water, compressed air), and general services.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven leadership in projects and manufacturing within a similar environment, guiding teams with your management acumen.
- In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
- Strong commercial insight to discern business issues and identify opportunities.
- Proven capability in leading engineering and maintenance teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Resilience under pressure and excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and partnership across levels.
- At least 5 years as a maintenance manager in the pharmaceutical or consumer sector.
- Knowledge of the AP & the Planned Maintenance module of SAP.
- Fluent English (advanced)
- Operation of SAP.
- Handling of electrical tension (Electrical releases, electrical interventions).
- Previous experience achieving high efficiency teams.
