Objective of role

We are looking to recruit an Accountant within our Finance Team in Toluca, México.

This is a mid-level role within a growing organization, suitable for someone with the ability to work autonomously and the drive to get involved in a fast-paced growth environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for continuous billing and invoice management working closely with our Sales Executives team
- Assist and track credit control and manage A/R profile with the Sales team
- Posting of supplier invoices and employee expenses into the accounting system on Zoho books
- Processing payments of employee expenses and supplier invoices
- Posting payments and cash receipts into the accounting system
- Preparation of Intercompany invoices
- Preparation of Month/Quarter-end financial reporting pack
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Handling/processing petty cash and reconciliation process
- Keep up with financial/accounting policies, regulations, and legislation
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Reporting as deemed necessary
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounts information and data
- Supporting Ad Hoc requirements as per CFO

**Requirements**:
Education
- Accountant
- Certified Accountant is advantageous

Profile
- Experience in Business Aviation industry (advantageous)
- Training for or qualified in a recognized accounting qualification
- Experience in accounting/finance role (at least 2 years)
- Awareness of regional nuances within accounting/finance function
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of advanced Excel
- Knowledgeable in Zoho Books
- Fluent in English
- Confident individual with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in a multicurrency environment
- Ability to stay calm in often demanding situations
