**Location**:Puebla, MX**Purpose**
- Responsible for _**_sales targets_**_ achievement in assigned territory and execution of CX projects deployment & execute Omnichannel go to market model through the resource's optimization in private and public channel _
**Main Responsibilities**
- **Strategies **at territory level, maximizing **sales targets** **achievement **and **Customer Experience objectives**:
- Establish **strong relationships with assigned stakeholders **(e.g. physicians associations, pharmacies, hospitals, key decision makers, etc.), **develop **and **maintain network**:
- Understand **territory dynamics and trends **to achieve objectives using all the available data to identify the source of business, access opportunities in private & Public channel
- Drive CX transformation and change management in terms of execution at regional level to positively impact in the customer satisfaction
- **Execute activities and CX projects deployment **within assigned territory, **coordinating activities with customer-facing roles **(Medical, Commercial and Market Access)
**Experience Required**
- +2 years’ experience in _**_customer-facing roles _**_and _**_mid-management teams' coordination_**
**Education**
- Educational background includes _**_university degree in economics / management or equivalent_**
**Languages**
- English level 2/6 = basic for reading_
**Technical Skills**
- _As member of the BU team, challenge the status-quo and _**_act as strong contributor for the formulation and execution of BU Commercial Operations strategies being positive and proactive_**:
- **_Vision and leadership for all activities _**_associated with Customer Experience, Commercial, Market Access and Medical Affairs_
